Brief summary of the position :

The aim is to recruit a high-level young mathematician to develop modeling or optimization tools for the life sciences. These tools may be related to the analysis of PDEs, numerical analysis, the study of stochastic processes or data analysis. The person recruited will be integrated into the A3 team, but will also be able to interact with colleagues in the SymPA team, dedicated to dynamical systems and probability; he/she will reinforce interactions with research units at the UPJV, and even the A2U, working in ecology, pharmacology or medicine. We are looking to recruit a person at or very close to HDR level (Habilitation). LAMFA's needs in terms of doctoral supervision and scientific project management are indeed considerable.

ANR + UPJV package, for operations and research support staff: €300,000
